**Responsibilities**:

- To perform show tickets and related promotion;
- To manage daily operation which includes:

- To manage venue’s inventory and replenish accordingly.
- Liase with engineering for R&M.
- Queue line management and crowd control.
- To assist in venue preparation, seating arrangement and ushering work.
- Assist in ticketing administration works, trouble shoot transactions error and handle customer enquiries/complaints.
- To handle daily counter’s sales opening & closing.
- To assist in tournament or events setup when required.
