**About the Role**

As a **Hotel Operations Intern**, you’ll get a first-hand experience of what it’s like to work in a fully operational hotel. This internship offers you the chance to learn, grow, and contribute directly to daily operations — from welcoming guests at the front desk, assisting in housekeeping, or even helping behind the scenes with HR and Sales.

It’s a learning journey designed to give you real exposure to how each department plays a vital role in creating an exceptional guest experience.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Learn by Doing**:
Support daily operations across assigned departments and participate in departmental rotations.
Observe and practice standard hotel procedures in guest service, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
- **Guest Interaction**:
Assist in greeting guests, handling inquiries, and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
Work as part of a team to deliver memorable service moments.
- **Team Support**:
Provide assistance to supervisors and colleagues in daily tasks, setups, and events when needed.
Participate in briefings, meetings, and on-the-job training sessions.
- **Learning Development**:
Complete training assignments, reports, and feedback forms as part of internship requirements.
Take initiative to learn from mentors, ask questions, and contribute ideas.

**Who We’re Looking For**
- Currently pursuing a SKM, Diploma or Degree in **Hospitality, Tourism, or related field**.
- Passionate about the hotel industry and eager to gain practical, hands-on experience.
- Positive attitude, reliable, and willing to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are an advantage).
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays during the internship period.
