**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook ward meals that meet dietary and medical requirements
- Ensure all meals comply with portion control, food hygiene, and hospital standards
- Collaborate with the dietitian to follow patient meal plans and therapeutic diets
- Lead daily kitchen operations for both ward meals and café items
- Maintain a clean, organized, and HACCP-compliant kitchen environment
- Monitor inventory, food quality, and minimize waste
- Contribute to menu planning with health-focused and nutritious dishes
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of food

**Qualifications**:

- At least **3**to **4 years** of experience as a Chef, preferably at **Chef de Partie (CDP)** or **higher**.
- Experience in **hospital**, **healthcare**, or **large-scale catering** is strongly **preferred**:

- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and dietary meal preparation (e.g., diabetic-friendly, low sodium, allergen-free)
- HACCP or food handler certification required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with the team
- Good communication and organizational skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
