Café Chef

**Job Summary**
At Chai by Adoring, we are looking for an experienced Café Chef to join our team. You’ll be responsible for preparing and presenting Japanese-inspired café dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and ensuring quality in every plate.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook menu items (Japanese and café-style food).
- Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Ensure proper food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
- Assist in menu development and seasonal specials.
- Manage kitchen inventory and minimize food wastage.
- Train new kitchen helper when necessary.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a chef in cafés or restaurants.
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine is a plus.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Passion for food and attention to detail.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
