Admin memainkan peranan penting dalam memastikan kelancaran operasi harian pejabat. Tugas-tugas utama termasuk:
Pengurusan Dokumen
- Menyusun, menyimpan, dan mengarkib dokumen rasmi
- Memastikan dokumen mudah diakses dan selamat daripada akses tidak dibenarkan
Pengurusan Komunikasi
- Mengendalikan panggilan telefon, e-mel, dan surat-menyurat
- Menjawab pertanyaan pelanggan dan menyampaikan maklumat kepada pihak berkaitan
Pengurusan Masa & Penjadualan
- Menyusun jadual mesyuarat, temu janji, dan aktiviti harian
- Memastikan masa kerja digunakan secara produktif
Kemahiran yang Diperlukan
- Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Mengendalikan peralatan pejabat seperti mesin faks, pencetak, dan pengimbas
- Komunikasi yang baik dengan pelanggan dan rakan sekerja
- Sifat mesra, sabar, dan profesional
