Menyambut kedatangan dan bertanya tujuan kedatangan pelanggan di cawangan berkenaan. c. Menerima dan membuat panggilan (temujanji) menggunakan telefon kepada pelanggan d. Membantu cawangan Bangi dan Kajang (kaedah akan dimaklumkan oleh Executive CRM Bangi) untuk data entry ke dalam sistem CRM (untuk cawangan bangi dan Kajang) - membuat purchase order, memasukkan alat dan aksesori yang diterima, memasukkan data pesakit, mengeluarkan invoice, delivery order dan resit kepada pelanggan e.Mengendalikan syarikat penghantaran (Courier) f. Menyediakan laporan jualan bulanan (menggunakan excel) g. Mengemaskini stok alat & aksesori di cawangan h. Menjual aksesori seperti bateri, dry capsul dan lain-lain kepada pelanggan. i. Lain-lain tugasan tambahan akan dimaklumkan oleh ketua di cawangan (jika ada).
