**Duties and Responsibilities**:
1. Handle full set of accounts and month end closing.
2. Manage account payable and account receivable.
3. Able to handle day to day account administrative and operational activities.
4. Responsible for vendors invoices data entry.
5. Responsible for payments - online banking and cheques issuance.
6. Responsible to check and post staff claims & petty cash claims.
7. Handle banking matters when necessary.
8. Liaise with customers directly for any finance related matters.
9. Liaise with vendors directly for any finance related matters.
10. Liaise and coordinate with sales teams / logistic team on all matters related to Finance and accounting processes.
11. Liaise with auditors and all other related external/internal parties concerning accounting issues.
12. Maintain proper filing for easy retrieval.
13. Performing other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
**Job Requirements**:
2. Experience in managing/handling full set of accounts.
3. At least 2 - 3 years of working experience in the related field.
4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
5. Skill in using accounting software and ERP will be considered as an added advantage. Training will be provided to use in house accounting and ERP software.
6. Good command in writing and speaking English and Bahasa Melayu.
7. High caliber, able to perform task independently, mature, resourceful, and committed to work.
8. Proactive, willing to take up challenges and able to work under pressure to meet reporting deadlines.
9. Good interpersonal and analytical skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,304.00 per month
