Key responsibilities

- **Relationship building**: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with both bank customers and bank staff to generate leads and business.
- **Compliance**: Ensuring all sales activities are in compliance with banking and insurance regulations.
- **Customer support**: Managing customer inquiries, assisting with claims, and handling complaints.
- **Collaboration and reporting**: Working with branch staff to maximize sales opportunities and submitting required reports in a timely manner.

Required skills and qualifications
- **Sales and financial knowledge**: Proven sales ability and a strong understanding of insurance and financial products.
- **Communication**: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are essential.
- **Customer focus**: A customer-centric approach to providing solutions and service.
- **Education**: A degree or diploma in a relevant field like insurance or business is often required.
- **Other**: A background in sales or a related field is beneficial, and professional insurance certifications are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
