**Job Summary**:
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our daily office operations. This role involves clerical work, schedule coordination, and maintaining smooth communication within the team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain records for company vehicles, licenses, and delivery motorcycles
- Track licenses for restaurants, RSC, and warehouse
- Handle office admin tasks: access cards, travel bookings, staff benefits, and security
- Manage office supplies (stationery, pantry items, water, toner)
- Oversee office cleanliness and cleaner schedules; prepare monthly reports
- Coordinate pest control and disinfection for RSC
- Manage courier services and spare keys
- Monitor and process vehicle or restaurant summons with approvals

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or equivalent; admin-related studies are a plus
- 1-2 years of admin or clerical experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, trustworthy, and able to multitask under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic document writing
- Physically fit and in good health

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
