Job Responsibilities


• Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry.


• Handle incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence.


• Assist in preparing documents, reports, letters, and memos.


• Maintain and update company records and databases.


• Assist with purchasing office supplies and monitoring stock usage.


• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office schedules.


• Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by management.

Requirements


• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field.


• At least 1 year experience in admin work (fresh grads encouraged to apply).


• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.


• Able to work independently, responsible, and organized.


• Pleasant personality with positive working attitude.
