Job Responsibilities

Accounting Duties


• Handle basic accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and payment recording.


• Assist in preparing monthly reports, statements, and reconciliations.


• Update and maintain accounting records using AutoCount (preferred).


• Assist with issuing invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.


• Support month-end closing activities.

Administrative Duties


• Manage filing, scanning, and documentation.


• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.


• Prepare letters, forms, and simple reports when required.


• Maintain and update company records and office inventory.


• Assist HR in staff documentation (attendance, leave files, etc.).


• Coordinate meetings and appointments.


• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements


• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.


• At least 1 year working experience in accounting/admin (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).


• Knowledge of AutoCount is a strong advantage.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).


• Good communication skills in BM and English.


• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
