**Job Vacancy: Administrator Cum Tutor - Tara Foundation Education Centre** About Tara Foundation - "Transforming Lives, Starting Young" TARA, meaning "Star," is a non-governmental organization committed to uplifting the lives of underprivileged children and families since 2002. Our Education Centres focus on early education, providing a foundation for a brighter future. We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Administrator Cum Tutor for our Education Centre. Position: Administrator Cum Tutor - 4 Positions Immediately Available in Klang Valley **Responsibilities**: - Manage administrative tasks related to the day-to-day operations of the Education Centre. - Develop and implement recruitment strategies to increase student enrollment. - Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports following HQ's specified format. - Coordinate class schedules with teachers, ensuring optimal use of resources and effective timetabling. - Create and maintain a positive and conducive learning environment for primary students. - Conduct regular assessments to track students' progress. - Provide individualized support and assistance to students as needed. - Collaborate with other tutors and staff to enhance the overall learning experience. - Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding students' performance and progress. - Coordinate with HQ and follow guidelines to maintain the centre's inventory. - Assist in organizing and participating in enrichment activities and field trips. - Ensure a safe and nurturing space for children's holistic development. **Requirements**: - Minimum qualification of SPM/STPM or equivalent. - Proficient in BM and English; additional proficiency in Maths and Science is an advantage. - Strong organizational and administrative skills. - Compassionate and patient with a genuine passion for education - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented set up with other centres and HQ. - Good communication skills, especially with children. **Benefits**: - Competitive salary package. - EPF, SOCSO & EIS contribution and Group Health Benefits. - Fulfilling work contributing to the community. - Positive and collaborative work environment. - Opportunity to make a difference in the lives of underprivileged children. **Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,500.00 per month **Benefits**: - Health insurance - Opportunities for promotion Schedule: - Afternoon shift **Education**: - STM/STPM (preferred) **Experience**: - Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
