We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our team and assist with tutoring, sales, and marketing, and gain valuable experience in centre management. As an intern, you can contribute to various aspects of our educational centre, supporting our tutoring services and helping with sales and marketing initiatives. Additionally, you will can to learn and develop skills related to managing a centre. This internship will provide a comprehensive learning experience and valuable exposure to different facets of our educational business
- Collaborate with experienced tutors to deliver high-quality tutoring sessions
- Help create learning materials and implement tutoring strategies tailored to students’ needs
- Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and offer guidance to enhance their learning experience
- Help maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems and update students’ progress
- Observe and learn centre management processes, including administrative tasks, scheduling, and resource management
- Assist in organizing and coordinating physical and online tutoring sessions, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal student experiences
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for centre improvement initiatives and operational enhancements
- Assist in managing a programme and implementation of marketing campaigns

Requirement
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Education, Science-Related Field, Business and Finance, Digital Marketing, or any Related Field
- Passionate about education and helping students achieve their academic goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities with the ability to multitask and prioritise. Self-motivated, responsible, eager to learn, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in tutoring and mentoring, marketing, customer relation management or centre management is a plus point but not required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: RM800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Tutor: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
