**Position: Sales Advisor**

**Job Type: Full-Time**

**Working Days/ Hours: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM**

**Location: Shah Alam, Selangor**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and respond to orders, quotations, and customer service requests
- Proactively follow up on offers and gather relevant market insights (pricing, competition, trends)
- Register and manage customer complaints in collaboration with the Quality and Management teams
- Collaborate with internal departments and act as a backup for team members when needed
- Provide commercial support to Branch and Business Development Managers
- Promote marketing campaigns, new products, and the TVH E-shop platform to customers
- Communicate updates from internal departments to customers
- Attend internal meetings and trainings when required

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in a sales or customer-facing commercial role (technical sales is a plus)
- Strong communication skills in both English and Malay (Chinese or other languages are an added advantage)
- Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and in a team
- Excellent follow-up and administrative skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving mindset

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
