Qc Technician

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Control the product quality according to specifications by testing and analyzing to ensure that the products are in accordance with relevant specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Receive and register samples from production- Analyze according to given methods and compare results with specification- Ensure efficient work so that QC processes are done in the shortest possible time- Incoming Raw Material Quality control- Measure and follow up KPIs as agreed- Issue Certificate of Analysis (CoA), distribute and file as required- Store retain samples and remove old samples on the expiry date- Ensure that instruments have been calibrated according to standard

Qualification:
- Preferably Diploma holder or SPM with minimum 3 years of experience in QC laboratory or manufacturing environment.- Proficient in Malay and English, with strong verbal communication skills.- Excellent teamwork skills with a strong commitment in following company policies and guidelines.
