**Responsibilities**:
As a Planning Analyst you will be responsible for:

- Development, integration, optimization, coordination, communication and driving execution of engineering/production planning schedules, forecasts, materials, build plan, capacity requirements, and business and inventory strategies to meet business and customer requirements in collaboration with cross organizational supply chain stakeholders.**Other Responsibilities Include**
- Ability to manipulate, analyse and share data using analytical tools and systems, resolve issues and collaborate with cross-geo and cross-functional teams, communicate effectively.
- Conduct scenario/what-if planning for engineering, products, processes and inventory strategies when necessary.
- Influencing/recommending issue resolution strategies in supply chain areas using data driven decision making across appropriate key stakeholder and management levels.
- Drive continuous process/project improvements.
- Manage consigned materials
- Manage excess/expired/quality issue inventory. Support NPI/EOL/conversion activities.
- Manage weekly MRP and execution. Push/pull according to any changes in demand/supply
- Manage special programs for material support. Strategize turnkey materials buy.
- Parameter setting in planning engine to ensure it is aligned with the material strategy.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain or Engineering with three years of increasingly relevant experience.
- Strong in mathematics and analytics.
- Ability to represent stakeholders interests and working toward a worldwide solution.
- Experience and knowledge of supply chain management, operations planning and management, business process improvement, order/demand fulfillment processes, along with an in-depth knowledge of supply chain management tools.
- Possesses an influencing skill set and can articulate data conclusions at the appropriate level of detail, based on the audience through crisp communication.
- Thorough understanding of the planning tools, systems and ensure data quality is accurate.
- Adopts a philosophy of continuous, incremental improvement and root cause analysis in work daily.
- Collaborative, influential and reliable.
- Proven track record in prioritizing and managing multiple projects.
- Ability to take initiative and work effectively in a cross geo team environment.
