- **HR & Admin Assistant - Rawang, Selangor**

**_Responsibilities: _**

**_a) Administrative : _**

1. To distribute and collect office mail / documents.

2. To monitor all meeting rooms booking, get prepare all meeting room arrangement and to support training activities conduct in house.

3. To record and maintain for company facilities and assets.

4. To update and maintain for all notice board, employee car vehicle number, office staff uniform, stationary, office housekeeping items and pray items.

5. To assist in all office phone related matters.

**_b) Human Resources (HR)_**

1. To prepare employee/worker ID card.

2. To assist in all Foreigner Workers' passport and update bank for passport renewal.

3. To issue E-PR (purchase requisition) for all subsidiaries.

4. To assist in prepare letter / Memo

5. To assist in collect and follow up worker Skill matrix form from related parties.

6. To assist at reception whenever receptionist is off of duty.

**_Requirements: _**
- Required skill(s): Computer literature & Microsoft skills, have general knowledge on HR & Admin field.
- Required Language(s): English, Malay.
- With at least one (1) year working experience.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Rawang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- HR: 1 year (preferred)
