Provide administration and clerical support.
- To liaise with merchants and bankers.
- To maintain and update file status on the operating system.
- To perform administrative functions such as scheduling appointments and organizing.
- To perform general admin duties which included photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing.
- Answering incoming and outgoing calls.
- To perform any other duties that may be required.

**Job Requirements**:

- SPM/ STPM/ Certificate/ Diploma and/ or its equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Able to work independently and as a team.
- Possess good attitude, disciplined, fast learner, able to work under pressure and able to meet deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
