**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately record daily financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Assist in maintaining up-to-date financial records using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, SQL).
- Support the processing of accounts payable and receivable under the guidance of senior finance staff.
- Maintain organized digital and physical files of financial documents and records.
- Respond promptly and professionally to vendor and internal inquiries regarding financial transactions.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the finance department.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a Bookkeeping Assistant, Accounting Assistant, or similar role (preferred).
- Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Fresh Gratuad Associate’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
