**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:
**1. To perform daily showroom operation**: responsible for sales services to all project enquiries
and walk in customer, to provide consultation & customer service, cashiering, inventory
management, showroom display and other administrative functions.
2. Responsible in performing showroom sales and sales related activities.
3. To propose and action on marketing campaign / promotion via socia media etc and to
develop business opportunities for the showroom
4. To achieve monthly sales target assigned to you.
5. To provide full design consultation service to the clients for all inquiries required design and
built service proposal.
6. Responsible for design, drafting and conceptual design including presentation, perspective
drawings and construction drawings.
7. To attend to site measurement and site co-ordination for project secured by you and assigned
to you.
8. To provide after sales service by attending to all defects inquiries

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Requirements**:

- Degree/ Diploma in Interior Design
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in ID
- Creative, innovative, independent, self motivated, discipline and good sense of

responsibility.
- Required skills: AutoCAD, 2D & shop drawing, 3D Max or InteriCAD
