**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Personal Driver to the Managing Director (MD) and family.
- Drive MD for both official business and personal appointments.
- The work description of a personal driver may also involve dropping off and picking up of the MD’s family members, friends or business associates from events, meetings, airports and etc.
- To be proactive assisting and escorting MD whenever and wherever required.
- Consider alternative routes, check climate and traffic reports to decide best route and best time to travel to ensure smooth journey.
- Ensure the safety and timeliness of the drive. Drive at a speed that is reasonable and safe.
- Ensure car is clean at all times inside and outside parts as well as ensure its functionality.
- Carry out routine inspection before and after daily use of the car to ensure good condition of the car.
- Send car for scheduled service maintenance on time and safely keep receipts for vehicle repairs and maintenance and other records and reports concerning the MD’s car(s).
- To abide the road and traffic laws rules and regulations laid down by the state authorities to avoid any mishaps/ accidents.
- Keep a travel log to record locations travelled to, travel time, and work hours.
- To assist in dispatch work whenever required to perform ad-hoc assignments from time to time.
- Responsible to refill petrol / Touch N Go/ mineral water when necessary.
- To scout locations carefully, anticipate potentially hostile situations and reacts quickly to keep Company Director out of a potentially dangerous area.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Possess a **valid class D driving license & B2 & identity card.**:

- Do not have any previous disciplinary records or criminal records or previous traffic offenses.
- Knowledge of self-defenses techniques/martial arts/protective training from physical harm is an advantage.
- Familiar with Malaysia roads and has a good sense of direction (know how to use Waze).
- Must be good in punctuality, discipline, and patience.
- **EX-ARMED FORCES / EX-POLICE / CERTIFIED BODYGUARD preference.**:

- Perform any other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the Management.
- Remind office admin renewal and management of road tax, car insurance etc.
- Willing to drive long-distance (KL- Outstation), might be required to overnight at outstation.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Willing to work night, overtime, including weekends and public holidays, when required

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ampang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
