**Job Overview**

**1. Curriculum Planning**:

- Develop and implement a creative and age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with early childhood education standards.
- Plan and organize daily activities that promote learning, socialization, and individual development.

**2. Classroom Management**:

- Create a safe, welcoming, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Manage classroom behaviour and promote positive social interactions among students.

**3. Instruction and Engagement**:

- Facilitate learning through play, structured activities, and hands-on experiences.
- Encourage active participation and engagement in class activities.

**4. Assessment and Progress Monitoring**:

- Conduct ongoing assessments of students' development and progress.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's achievements and areas for improvement.

**5. Individualized Support**:

- Identify and address the unique needs and learning styles of individual students.
- Provide additional support or challenges as needed to ensure each child's success.

**6. Parent Communication**:

- Establish and maintain open lines of communication with parents through regular meetings, newsletters, and conferences.
- Address parent inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

**7. Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with other preschool staff to create a cohesive and supportive teaching team.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with best practices.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Relevant teaching certification or licensure as required by local regulations.
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month
