**Description and Requirements**:
Key Responsibilities
- Dashboard Development: Design and build comprehensive business dashboards in Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Data Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL): Utilize Talend to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources, ensuring high-quality data is available for reporting and analysis.
- SQL Data Management: Perform advanced SQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate data for reporting and analysis, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports using SQL, Power BI, and Excel, presenting findings and insights to business stakeholders.
- Excel and PowerPoint Proficiency: Develop complex Excel reports and present findings effectively through professional PowerPoint presentations tailored to different audiences.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with business units and stakeholders to understand data needs, provide insights, and offer recommendations based on analysis.
- Communication Skills: Conduct effective, fluent communication in English, both written and verbal, to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with best practices in data analytics, suggesting improvements in data collection, processing, and visualization techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a data analysis, business intelligence, or similar role.
- Technical Skills:

- ⁠Power BI: Proficient in Power BI for creating interactive, visually appealing dashboards and reports to support business insights.
- SQL: Advanced skills in SQL for extracting, cleaning, and manipulating data to generate insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Python: Practical experience in Python for data analysis, including libraries such as pandas and numpy for data processing and analysis.
- Talend: Hands-on experience using Talend for ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, enabling seamless integration and transformation of data from multiple sources.
- Communication: Proficient in English, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to a diverse audience. Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot data issues and offer actionable insights.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in data processing and reporting to ensure accuracy and reliability of information.
