**Role Overview**:
As a **Business Intelligence Intern** at Carro, you will play a vital role in supporting the Business Intelligence team in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across our used car ecosystem. This internship offers hands-on exposure to data analytics using modern tools such as **Python** and **Power BI**, empowering you to contribute meaningfully to real-world business challenges.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in extracting, cleaning, and transforming data using **Python** to support ongoing projects and ad-hoc requests.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards using **Power BI** for internal stakeholders to visualize key business metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities across business functions.
- Collaborate with business users to understand reporting requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Support the team in conducting root cause analysis and data-driven problem solving.
- Document processes, data flows, and solutions developed for team knowledge sharing.
- Participate in regular sync-ups and actively contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

**What You’ll Learn**:

- Hands-on experience with **data analytics tools** like Python and Power BI.
- How to build data pipelines and dashboards from scratch.
- Exposure to **real-time business performance monitoring** and reporting.
- Working cross-functionally with teams such as Operations, Sales, and Product.
- Best practices in **data visualization, storytelling, and stakeholder communication**.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of **Python programming** (data manipulation using pandas, numpy, etc.).
- Familiarity with **Power BI** or other data visualization tools is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a curious mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
- Interest in the automotive or e-commerce industry is a bonus.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM850.00 per month
