**Position Summary**

Manages the full cycle of procurement activities. This role involves strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiation, and compliance with company policies and procedures. Procurement Executive also play a crucial role in cost reduction, supplier performance management, and maintaining accurate procurement records.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Verifies purchase requisitions by comparing items requested to master list; clarifying unclear items; recommending alternatives.
- Forwards available inventory items by verifying stock; scheduling delivery.
- Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price; obtaining recommendations from suppliers for substitute items; obtaining approval from requisitioning department.
- Obtains purchased items by forwarding orders to suppliers; monitoring and expediting orders.
- Verifies receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered; resolves shipments in error with suppliers.
- Authorizes payment for purchases by forwarding receiving documentation.
- Keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents.
- Provides purchasing planning and control information by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and manage contracts to ensure legal compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree Holder in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 3 years’ experience in procurement background, managing Tenders, RFQ and vendor onboarding.
- Good negotiation skill, manage workload well, integrity and meticulous in documentation
- Knowledge of procurement regulations and customs requirements is an added advantage

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
