We are seeking a creative and passionate Freelance Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. As a vital part of our marketing department, you'll be responsible for curating and crafting compelling content across our social media platforms. Your work will not only showcase our culinary delights but also capture the unique essence of the Gin Rik Sha experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Produce eye-catching visual content, including photos and graphics, that align with our brand's aesthetics and values.
- **Caption Crafting**: Craft engaging and authentic captions that tell our brand story, inspire our audience, and encourage meaningful engagement.
- **Photography and Videography**: Plan and execute photoshoots and capture captivating videos that highlight our cuisine, ambiance, and events.
- **Community Engagement**: Foster an active and engaged online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and positive manner.
- **Strategy and Planning (Participation & Assistance)**: Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our online presence, reach a wider audience, and drive growth.
- **Analytics and Insights (Participation & Assistance)**: Assist in monitoring, measuring, and reporting on the performance of social media content, using data to make informed decisions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in social media management, including content creation, photography, and graphic design.
- Storytelling and copywriting skills.
- Proficiency with various social media platforms and their tools.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and branding.
- Adept at social media analytics tools and using data to inform strategies.
- Creativity, innovation, and the ability to stay updated with the latest social media trends.
- A passion for food, culture, and creating a sense of community.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently.
