**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Teach up to 18 credit hours per week and prepare all teaching materials, lesson plans, and assessments on time.
- Evaluate, update, and design course content, working with colleagues to improve curricular.
- Provide academic guidance and counselling to students.
- Participate in verification processes and maintain professional development through training and research.
- Share knowledge with colleagues and comply with college procedures and ethics.
- Take on departmental roles and administrative tasks, including student services, recruitment, and marketing.
- Perform other assigned duties related to academic and student development.

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- A Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualifications in Accounting
- Previous teaching or training experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
