Business Transformation Analyst

You will be responsible for:

- To lead and contribute to the execution of digital transformation strategy and roadmap by actively engaging in branch capability build projects.
- Oversees and support all systems-related initiatives relevant to Digital Branches, with the intention to improve our processes that will help to increase sales staff productivity, automated and straight-through, and also to transform customers' banking experience with us.
- Involve in developing new capabilities onto our existing platforms and introducing new innovative and useful solutions.
- Liaises with business users, stakeholders and/or external parties to define requirements and designs. Accountable for end-to-end business requirement gathering and definition.
- Oversees the development effort to ensure projects are managed within the timeline and budget.
- Manages UAT and Regression testing activities as part of quality assurance
- Provide training to branch/contact centre/operations prior to project launch.
- Work closely with IT to perform release management for CRUISE, CRÈME and RM Front End platform.
- Manage the system issues escalated by Branches, Strategic Acquisition Channel, Telemarketing, Contact Centre etc. to ensure timely resolution.
- Responsible for driving the digitization for staff-assisted platforms and enhancement of customer journey.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 5 years of experience doing business/system analysis, requirements gathering and testing management (UAT) skill.
- Having CRM knowledge and skill is an advantage.
- Ability to plan, prepare and executing initiatives or project. Preferably with Project Management experience.
- Ability to work & coordinate cross functionally and with people of all levels.
- Ability to being the user interface managing the needs of business and IT.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Independent, self-motivated with high drive, initiative, and commitment to work as a team.
- Technology-savvy, demonstrating strong understanding of technology and proven track-record of effectively articulating value to business units.

Well verse with Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, HP QC (Quality Centre) etc.
