**Job Summary**:
The **Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager** will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, build strong relationships with clients, and promote the unique offerings of Wings by Croske Resort. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and a proven track record in sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the resort’s client base.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and packages to potential clients.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections and familiarization tours for potential clients.
- Address client inquiries and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of client bookings and events.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the General Manager.

**Market Research & Analysis**:

- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Analyze sales data to evaluate performance and adjust strategies as needed.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups on leads.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
