Facilities Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:
1. Oversee the day to day maintenance of the building and ensure external areas are neat and tidy and internal cleaning is at an appropriate standard.

2. Carry out general maintenance and repairs on site i.e., changing light globes, hanging pictures, minor carpentry, cleaning duties etc. on a daily basis or as required.

3. Prepare meeting rooms i.e., arranging tables and chairs, audio visual and electrical equipment, and setting room lighting and temperature.

4. Arrange additional requirements for meetings held in the level 5 meeting rooms e.g. additional cleaning, additional security.

5. Maintain amenities including regular daily upkeep of toilets and kitchens at UWC BERHAD SDN BHD.

6. Assist with the security of the buildings. Secure the building, rooms and equipment after use.

7. Undertake Emergency Management and OHS training and actively carryout responsibilities and safe work practices in the work environment.

8. Move furniture, equipment, and supplies, using manual handling safety measures.

9. Report the need for minor repairs to the Facilities Maintenance Administrator.

10. Report the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems to the Facilities Manager.

11. Provide relief front desk reception cover to the receptionist and the security officer when required.

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
