JR56654 Manufacturing Supervisor

**Responsibilities & Tasks**:

- Directly lead and handle a group of operators and/or technicians to meet the factory goals on Safety/Quality/Control/Delivery and Efficiency.
- Ensure all employees are working in a safe manner/environment, with a commitment to safety policies and comply to documented procedures
- Ensure production schedules and deadlines are met by coordinating the work of Team Leaders and production employees, including supervising production flow in order to make needed adjustments to meet all customer production requirements
- Own the scheduling and effectiveness of all production employee training, making sure all employees in their assigned department are trained on job operations and qualified in proper work processes
- Provide leadership, coaching & motivation to all Team Leaders and production employees by evaluating performance and completing performance reviews
- Commitment to drive & train teams to deliver exceptional first time quality attitudes through quality programs
- Advanced job levels requires establishing operating policies and procedures, coordination of multiple functions within a manufacturing facility, strategic plans to ensure production schedules are met within set quality and cost objectives

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in technical fields preferred; Mathematics, Pure Sciences & Engineering. Advanced degrees in other fields will also be considered
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
- Individuals with proven leadership qualities and enjoy working with little or no direct supervision
- Able to handle multiple priorities/tasks efficiently. Exhibit interest in learning & possess good problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, self motivated and leadership skill with a very positive attitude towards working as a team.
- Great teammate with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in shift patterns and support overtime as & when a business need arises
