JR46000 TEST MANUFACTURING SHIFT SUPERVISOR

As a Manufacturing Supervisor, your responsibility is to develop and maintain successful team operations. you’ll:
1. Provide teams with direction, priorities, focus and boundaries. Provide resources and expertise in the manufacturing process, systems, training, and employee relations.

2. Encourage communication and feedback.

3. Develop and implement (or assist with) all phases of team or individualized training Planning: set long and short-term production schedules for employees in the respective production areas.

4. Manufacturing Operations: assist in maintaining effective operating departments by controlling activity within prescribed quality standards, production levels, and cost levels, while keeping a focus on safety and manufacturing objectives.

6. Participates in the selection and training of new personnel.

7. Recommends process improvements, changes in equipment, tooling or manufacturing processes; submits ideas for cost savings.

8. Maintain required information and records necessary for efficient operations and controls. Maintain production standards in areas of responsibility.

9. Promotes safe work habits of subordinates and compliance with safety rules in work areas. Maintains and clean and orderly work environment.

10. Actively promotes the principles of lean manufacturing; participates in Kaizen activities as required.

11. Compliance to all Plant Environmental, Health and Safety policies and Environmental and ISO regulatory requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in technical fields preferred; Mathematics, Pure Sciences & Engineering. Advanced degrees in other fields will also be considered
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as supervisory role in semiconductor. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Individuals with proven leadership qualities, enjoy working with little or no direct supervision and result oriented
- Able to prioritise multiple priorities and tasks efficiently. Exhibit curiosity about learning & possess good problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, self-motivated and leadership skills with a very positive attitude towards working as a team.
- Able to work in shift patterns and support overtime as & when a business need arises
