Today, we stand proud with over 300,000 active traders and 2.5 trillion USD in monthly trading volume. **Your role at Exness**: Our Product Owner is an important part of product leadership and will be responsible for the delivery of the product, its features, user experience improvement and quality of service. Our Product Owner will be the single point of contact for the business in terms of Salesforce CRM management. It is up to the owner to maintain and prioritise the backlog of the CRM team to ensure business goals are achieved in a timely manner. This position works closely with all CRM stakeholders for enabling their maximum efficiency via CRM tools continuity in product offering and company goals. **You will**: **Product management aspects of the Role**: - Define CRM vision and strategy based on stakeholder's feedback and company priorities as well as govern development and operations of Marketing Cloud platform. - Follow industry trends in the CRM area, evaluate new ideas, propose their implementation where necessary - Responsible for product validation backlog (maintaining and prioritising) - Define product requirements (working closely with the Business System Analyst and Team Lead) based on the data from internal research and product functionality - Formulating, prioritising and verifying product hypotheses aimed to improve product metrics and reach the goals - Provide management insight regarding the performance of the team based on the customer and process measures (A-level) - Communicate the product strategy to the development team - Align priorities with other product teams - Communicate the development plans to the stakeholders - Define priorities for the development team on the iteration/quarter level - Clarify requirements during development, accept iteration results **Process management aspects of the Role**: - Working in collaboration with the Team leader in order to improve the team's processes and activities and break down business requirements into actionable software requirements - Responsible for the process of tasks monitoring, milestones and the project's status in order to make it visible to the team and to other stakeholders - Responsible for product Delivery backlog - Presenting the results of the iteration **Hard skills**: - Expert-level understanding of **Salesforce** (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud) - 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner/Project Manager role for a development team (preferably in Agile environment) - Experience overseeing multi-function project teams with at least 5-10 team members including Designers, Developers, Business Analysts, Data/Analytics, QA - Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well a traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment - Experience with widely successful Agile techniques, User Stories, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing - Effectively prioritise projects and manage changes and customer expectations - Customer development - Product analytics - Master's degree in Computer Science or in "STEM" majors is preferred (science/technology/engineering/math) - Fluency in written and verbal English **Soft skills**: - Excellent skills and knowledge of facilitation, conflict resolution, continual improvement - Stakeholder management - Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills - Detail-oriented, highly analytical, estimating, and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Time Management skills - Presentation Skills **What we offer**: - Full relocation package and support - Medical insurance for employees, spouses, and children, including dental and optical - Sports activities compensation + free corporate gym - School or Kindergarten fees compensation - Birthday, marriage, and baby delivery bonus - Transportation allowance & Meal allowance - Holiday benefit allowance after 1 year of service - Extensive learning opportunities and professional development - Language courses allowance - Flexible public holidays - 21 days annual leave and paid sick leave - Flexible public holidays and Christmas break **Sounds like you?
