Make an impact in HealthTech Join the team, the Product Owner (PO) as part of the Product Management Department will be instrumental in helping us achieve our ambitious growth objectives for 2023 and beyond. Company integrates the services of Healthcare providers seamlessly with a public accessible mobile app used by millions of Malaysians, enabling our clients to unlock high levels of interactions via digitalisation. Playing an important part in product development process, the PO will ensure that our HealthTech stack continues to grow and develop with the intention of creating utmost ease for healthcare providers to interact and serve their patients. You will take lead in designing and delivering our stack of digital products both on web and mobile platforms. On a day-to-day basis, you will:

- Act as an orchestrator within the product management team to ensure successful product rollout and work in a fast-paced environment with other divisions in the company to ensure sprint deliverables are met
- To lead, plan, guide and manage execution of digital leads platform and channels implementation
- Conceptualize user stories requirements and product features (including data requirements and transformation)
- Manage squad team delivery, resolve issues and mitigate delivery risks
- Responsible for daily day-to-day execution with timely decision-making, commitments and quality deliveries including dependencies
- Understand the technical capabilities and business value-chain impacts
- Make recommendation and highlight alternatives/options for unmet commitments
- Research on product features, define product requirements and prioritise issues based on product roadmap that is aligned to business objective and provide timely and meaningful feedback
- To drive, plan, prioritize and track product features, releases and requirements backlogs
- To manage, influence, align and build awareness of stakeholders on product portfolio needs, interdependencies within relevant digital squads and value-chain counterparts

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree, in relevant discipline that may include Digital channels, Data Analytics/Model, Product Development, Business Management.
- Creative thinker with In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
- Good organizational and time management skills; Good at analytical skill, problem solving and facilitation
- Strong inter-personal and stakeholder management skill, great communication, influencing, customer-oriented mind-set, passionate and engaging skills
- Exposure to healthtech and the healthcare industry in general is a plus
- Strong skills in customer experience management, digital transformation program and agile project implementation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM5,216.80 - RM12,000.00 per month
