As a **Product Owner**, you will be responsible for maximizing the value of the product by defining the epics and stories needed to deliver value. The **Product Owner **prioritizes the Team Backlog to streamline the execution of product program priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the Features or components for the Development Team.

**What you will do**:

- Comfortably work in an Agile development environment, which will involve continuous evaluation of priorities and backlog
- Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria
- Conveys the Vision and Goals at the beginning of every Release and Sprint
- Attends scrum meetings including standups, review, retrospectives, and demos
- Inspects the product progress at the end of every Sprint and has complete authority to accept or reject work done
- Solve product related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments
- Ensure that quality is built-in at all stages of the value stream from design, through development, to testing and delivery
- Works closely with engineering, quality, and operations teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources

**What you will need**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in information technology/Computer Science/Computer Studies or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a product owner
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and process
- Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
- Strong ability to use/manage project management tracking/reporting tools - JIRA
- Skilled at understanding complex problems and distilling them into simpler, straightforward descriptions
