**Role**:
The Media Masters Program is a graduate trainee program that prepares individuals with the knowledge and skills to launch their career in Media Planning, Media Buying, Digital, Trading or Biddable Specialist role at GroupM - the world’s largest media company
This program has been designed to be the foundation that prepares bright individuals for a career in media. By combining industry concepts, on-the-job training, and mentorship from media professionals, you will develop skills in our key practice areas: Media Planning, Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, and E-commerce.

**Responsibilities of the role**:
- Develop and execute effective media strategies that support our client’s overall marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with cross functional team, agencies, and partners to optimize campaigns.
- Work with high-profile local and global brand clients.
**Who are we looking for?**
- Final year students graduating in Dec 2024 & May/June 2025 may apply
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications and Business is preferred although this programme is open to graduates from all majors
- Early career movers with no more than 2 years of working experience may apply

**Important Timelines & Interview Process**:
First Round: Phone Screening with Talent Acquisition team
Second Round: You will be invited to GroupM office Mutiara Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Selangor on 21st may 2025
Program Starts: 16th June 2025
