Our 18-month Graduate Program is meticulously designed to provide diverse, hands-on experience across functions. The graduate program participants will complete three distinct 6-month rotations, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the insurance landscape.

At the end the program, participants will be offered a permanent position, and upon completion, will have an opportunity to be promoted to a Senior Executive.

Eligibility for Application

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree or Post-Graduate Degree in Insurance, Marketing, Business, Actuarial, Finance, Risk Management or any relevant discipline
  • Attainment of 3.00 and above CGPA or 2.1 Honors (may differ between universities)
  • Malaysian citizen

Language Requirements

  • Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Good English writing skills
