Your new role

As a Graduate Trainee, you will be exposed to the external recruitment world, and your responsibilities will include:

  • Attracting New Candidates
    : Use your charm and wit to build a strong talent pool. Interview candidates to find the perfect fit for various roles.
  • Candidate Communication
    : Keep the conversation flowing with candidates to match them with the best opportunities.
  • Client Sourcing
    : Find the top talent for your clients and showcase why said candidates are the best fit.
  • Relationship Management
    : Build trust and ensure a smooth recruitment process by managing candidate relationships.

What you'll need to succeed
