About the Program

We are inviting passionate and driven graduates to join our
Graduate Trainee Program
as Programmers. This program begins with a
3-month extensive training
designed to equip you with specialized skills in
legacy banking technologies
that continue to power mission-critical systems in the financial industry.

During this period, you will receive full compensation while undergoing intensive classroom and hands-on training.
At the end of the program, an assessment will be conducted to determine your successful deployment
to one of our partner
local banks
as a Programmer.

Note:
This opportunity is
open to Malaysian citizens only
. We do not provide visa sponsorship for this program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in the
    3-month training program
    covering legacy technology platforms, programming languages, and banking systems.
  • Acquire practical knowledge in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining applications for critical banking operations.
  • Collaborate with senior developers, analysts, and business teams to deliver enhancements and resolve issues.
  • Support ongoing projects, troubleshoot problems, and ensure stability of production applications.
  • Adapt to the working culture and compliance standards of the banking industry.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
    .
  • Strong foundation in programming (e.g., SQL, Java, C, or any procedural/structured language).
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Eagerness to learn legacy technologies and adapt to banking system requirements.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Open to Malaysian citizens only (no visa sponsorship).
