**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Develop production-grade prompting strategies for LLMs, ensuring performance and scalability
- Build and maintain LangChain-based pipelines with cutting-edge models like GPT, Claude, and Gemini
- Optimise vector-based search using databases such as Weaviate and Pinecone
- Architect multi-agent frameworks to enable autonomous decision-making
- Define and track LLM performance metrics, quality benchmarks, and cost-efficiency models

***About You**:

- Proven experience in Python and GenAI frameworks, with deep understanding of LLM architecture and prompt engineering
- 7+ Years of experience in a hands on Leading role
- Strong knowledge of tools such as Pandas, NumPy, LangChain, and vector databases
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and technical leadership capabilities
- Comfortable working in high-performance environments where speed and quality go hand-in-hand
- Passionate about the future of AI in fintech and excited to build what doesn’t yet exist
