**Duties**:

- To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer concerns and issues.
- Assist customers with product selection, orders, billing inquiries, and general assistance.
- Resolve customer complaints with patience and professionalism, aiming for first-contact resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.

**Qualification**:

- Required language(s): English & Malay.
- Applicants must be willing to work on Morning shifts.
- 5 working days in a week (Rotational)
- Each shift consists of 9 working hours and includes of 1-hour lunch for rest
- Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,300.00 per month
