**About Our Client**
Our client is a market leader in the premium gift industry with over 40 years of experience, specializing in high-quality corporate gifts that elevate brand image and strengthen customer relationships. Partnering with over 1,000 manufacturers across Greater China and serving more than 5,000 clients in Hong Kong, they are known for delivering excellence and precision in every project.

**Job Scope**:
**Product Sourcing**
- Identify and source high-quality wood and corporate souvenir products from Malaysia and other Southeast Asian countries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply chain.

**Production Oversight**
- Monitor production progress to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met.
- Conduct on-site factory visits and inspections to verify product quality and compliance.

**Documentation Management**
- Prepare and manage production and sales documentation accurately and promptly.
- Maintain updated records to support efficient daily operations.

**Sales and Market Development**
- Explore and develop new sales opportunities in local and regional markets.
- Support marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence and increase sales performance.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in merchandising, sourcing, or supply chain management preferred (experience in wood products is an advantage).
- Fresh graduates with a background in Merchandising are encouraged to apply.
- Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
