The Finance Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations of the nursing home, including resident billing, payment tracking, expense monitoring, and financial reporting. The role ensures compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and healthcare-related financial procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Billing & Payments**
- Prepare and issue invoices to residents or family guarantors on a monthly basis.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Maintain accurate records of resident fees, deposits, and refunds.
- Coordinate billing adjustments, subsidies, or sponsorships where applicable.

**2. Financial Recordkeeping**
- Maintain full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation). **(A must)**:

- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and timely in the accounting system.

**3. Cash Flow & Expense Management**
- Monitor daily cash flow and petty cash.
- Process staff claims, supplier payments, and utility bills.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.

**4. Compliance & Liaison**
- Ensure compliance with internal financial SOPs and statutory requirements (e.g., SST, EPF, SOCSO if relevant).
- Liaise with HQ finance department, auditors, and government bodies when necessary.

**5. Administrative Support**
- Assist in stock checks and inventory management reporting.
- Support documentation for internal or external audits.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience (preferably in healthcare or service industry).
- Proficient in accounting software (SQL, UBS, or equivalent) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, organized, and responsible.
- Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
