As the Product Development & Marketing Assistant (Pet Food), you will assist in the development and execution of pet food manufacturing from pilot scale to commercial. You will also be responsible to collect, compile and analyse different marketing propositions that would add value to the product in a fast-paced, technology startup environment. You will have the opportunity to learn animal behaviour while bringing revolutionary pet food to the public. You will have a crucial role to communicate the mission of Making Insects Work to Our Customers and the Planet.

**Mission Statement**:
To help deliver compelling, commercial-ready new products to improve the lives of pets and people who love them with focus on marketing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in conducting pilot and production scale trials for Pet Food Manufacturing.
- Provide technical support from trial data collection, regulatory requirements and logistics arrangements.
- Maintain and manage a database of specifications, recipes, trial results, customers and suppliers.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials; brochures, social media engagement and promotional videos.
- Monitor and communicate current scientific literature and market trends for new information in Pet food that can be applied to or result in, new products or claims.
- Conduct online and offline market research, surveys by setting up pop-up booths, meeting up with veterinarians and pet owners.

**Location**
Currently, all positions are based out of our pilot facilities in Senai, Johor. We have two facilities, one in Saleng and one in Senai.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
