Daily review and forecast of minimum inventory (raw materials, semi-finished products, packaging, and tool products).

Daily review to ensure actual inventory records match system records.

3. 每日收集和审核库存的准确度和处理一系列的数据输入进入系统

Collect and review inventory accuracy daily, and process a series of data entries into the system.

-收货单和发票 (Good receive/Purchases Inv)

-库存, 包装和单位调整 ( stock issue out )

库存量计算所需生产的半成品, (stock receive)

-店面和面店库存转货( stock transfer )

-库存流失(stock waste/adjustment)

  1. 负责大上海工具采购和库存校验分析包括库存控制,库存点算,维护和确定库存的准确度,分析库存报告(原料, 半成品,包装,用具产品)

Responsible for tool procurement and inventory verification analysis for Greater Shanghai, including inventory control, stock counting, maintenance and accuracy validation, and analysis of inventory reports (raw materials, semi-finished products, packaging, and tool products).

  1. 库存量计算所需生产的原料,包装,用具产品,确保不断货 与采购部门联系处理物料短缺情况

Calculate inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and tools required for production to ensure no stockouts, and coordinate with the procurement department to address material shortages.

  1. 库存利润分析报告( stock margin analysis report)

7. 能正确的执行上级下达的指示Able to accurately carry out instructions issued by superiors.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply chain or a related field.

Prefer more than 2 year of experience in stock planner or a similar role.

Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office applications - Excel, Words, Power Point
