**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and serve customers in a courteous, professional, and supportive manner.
- Manage the cashier counter by scanning items, calculating bills, and processing transactions accurately.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve minor issues politely and efficiently.
- Ensure prices are applied correctly and promotional offers are accurately reflected during checkout.
- Process payments via cash, credit/debit cards, or other accepted methods, ensuring correct change is given.
- Reconcile and confirm the cash register balance at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Provide customers with product pricing details when requested.
- Adhere to established cashier guidelines and escalate unusual cases to the supervisor when necessary.
- Keep the cashier counter neat, orderly, and safe in line with hygiene standards.
- Support colleagues with daily operational tasks when needed.

**Job Requirements**
- At least SPM or equivalent qualification (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in the F&B industry will be an added benefit.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Adaptable and open to taking on different tasks, shifts, and responsibilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
