**Job Responsibility**
- Assist in the overall maintenance of office building and showroom.
- To carry out the inspections and preventive maintenance as per scheduled.
- To attend and resolve electrical, mechanical and technical issue related to office building and showroom facilities.
- Respond to electrical emergency calls and promptly and resolve issues to minimize downtime and safety risks.
- Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and suppliers as needed.
- Update the maintenance job sheet and file.
- Conduct inventory checks to ensure stock balance and in proper records.
- Conduct weekly/monthly/yearly check on the condition of electrical parts and fitting and ensure in good conditions, repair and replaces if needed and consolidate monthly report.
- Able to travel out of state as needed.

**Job Requirement**
- Willing to travel within Gintell Showroom.
- Minimum 1-2 years of related working experience in office building maintenance.
- Pleasant personality and willing to learn attitude.
- Able to work in a neat and efficient manner, keeping work areas clean and well organized.
- Responsible, reliable, independent and has sense of urgency.
- Must have own transportation.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
