- Thailand is to manage IT projects from the initial phase of consultation with client for technical requirement & specifications gathering all the way to the successful implementation of IT solution and the continuous tech support phase thereafter for clients from all industry verticals, especially for clients from Thailand. This individual will be part of the dedicated team in driving the growth of our software development services by tapping into midmarket & enterprise-level accounts in our target country in Thailand. The company is expanding its market to Thailand and is in need of the right Thai native to be the IT Business Analyst
- Thailand that possess technical knowledge, proficiency in Thai language as well as proven account management skills to deal with prospective clients. The individual is responsible for assisting the IT team in the facilitation, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of each IT project for the business need; while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments, and goals of the organization. The right individual needs to have both the software development knowledge and technical skillset as well as account management experience. The individual will be focused on engaging, growing and developing customer relationships and industrial software footprint within a scope of targeted accounts. This position requires the individual to uncover, qualify, progress, and build and maintain client relationship and create a demand for the organization's products and services by raising their profile with clients, through a unique and growing go-to-market strategy aided by industry leading CRM & business development tool. Job Responsibilities: The position requires strong attention to detail, operational task management skills and problem-solving ability. ï
- ¬To be part of the dedicated IT Team to manage IT software/system development project which include planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting activities for clients of Zchwantech, specifically Thai clients. ï
- ¬Contact point between the the prospective clients in Thailand as well as the IT Team in Zchwantech. ï
- ¬To assist the IT Account Manager to gather and study the technical requirements specifications from client. This involves understanding of the business processes, software technical requirements & technical challenges and risk. All of these will be documented (use cases, use case diagram, activity diagram and data flow diagram). ï
- ¬To understand the technical requirements specifications provided in Thai/English and to maintain excellent communication with Thailand clients from the start to the end of IT projects. ï
- ¬Able to communicate complex insights in a precise, and actionable manner while collaborating between prospective clients in Thailand and Zchwantech's relative departments (e.g. UI/UX team, IT Development Team etc) in both advanced level of Thai language and English. ï
- ¬Responsible for user acceptance test (problem resolution, tracking, escalation, and closure) and conduct user training if needed. ï
- ¬Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the clients. ï
- ¬To monitor dedicated IT projects from Thailand, including follow-up schedule, facilitate between Zchwantechs IT project team and clients team. ï
- ¬To assist in the presentation of proposed software or system solutions to Thailand clients which include mock-up model in Thai/ English language as required. ï
- ¬Responsible to assist in IT systems implementation, project coordination and management. During this phase of implementation, the IT Business Analyst-Thailand is to ensure all functional requirement are being tested and that all technical requirements are traced and met. ï
- ¬Ensure successful implementations of the software/ systems developed is meeting the agreed specifications. ï
- ¬To assist in the provision of technical training for technical team of Client in regards system/solution developed and trouble-shooting in Thai/ English, as required by Thai clients. ï
- ¬Responsible for documentation and reporting of product milestones, procedures etc ï
