We're seeking a results-oriented professional ready to lead impactful initiatives in budgeting, reporting, and process improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the development and management of comprehensive budgets and financial forecasts.
- Evaluate financial performance to identify trends and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Perform variance analyses to assess deviations from planned budgets and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare and deliver detailed financial reports and presentations to senior management.
- Offer strategic financial insights to support informed decision-making across the organization.
- Conduct in-depth cost analyses to identify key cost drivers and support cost optimization efforts.
- Perform cost-benefit evaluations for proposed projects and investment opportunities.
- Design and implement effective cost control mechanisms to enhance financial efficiency.
- Contribute to the formalization of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and support initiatives aimed at improving business processes.
- Oversee ERP system updates and facilitate the implementation of new modules and enhancements to improve operational capabilities.

**Key Requirements**
- Possesses a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related business discipline.
- Brings 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in management accounting and financial reporting, ideally within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
- Demonstrates proficiency in accounting software, financial modeling techniques, and data analysis tools.
- Exhibits strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Maintains a high level of attention to detail and shows the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- This opportunity is available to individuals authorized to work in Malaysia.

Pay: RM96,000.00 - RM120,000.00 per year
