What your typical day will look like:
As the Cyber Security Metrics and Behavioural Analyst, you are the driving force behind security culture transformation across dentsu’s global network. You will play a key role in promoting positive behavioural change by leveraging data insights, creative engagement strategies, and continuous learning opportunities. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll champion security awareness and help shape a proactive and informed employee culture.

Core responsibilities include:
- Analyse Threats & Trends: Monitor and evaluate external security threats using frameworks like PESTLE and support phishing simulation programs through vendor collaboration.- Drive Behavioural Insights: Track, analyse, and report on training and behaviour-related metrics to assess the impact of awareness initiatives on security culture.- Administer Training Programs: Oversee daily operations of targeted cyber training, including list management, completion tracking, and generating business insights.- Support Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to the delivery of key 2025+ security awareness goals and implement agentic AI strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

A bit about you:
- Strong Project & Stakeholder Management: Able to manage multiple priorities, build relationships, and influence cross-functional teams effectively.- Analytical & Insight-Driven: Possesses a data-curious mindset with the ability to translate insights into compelling narratives; Power BI experience is a plus.- Technically Proficient & Adaptive: Proficient in Microsoft Excel; exposure to agentic AI or automation tools is advantageous with a willingness to learn.- Security & Marketing Awareness: Interest or experience in information security, emerging threats, and a basic understanding of marketing and behavioural engagement.
